Carry less water

Refill from the trail with fewer compromises.

DualFlow combines two thread sizes with squeeze and gravity filtration, so one compact filter can move between the bottles and bladders already in your kit.

One filter, more trail setups

Change the container, not your whole hydration system.

Connect directly to compatible narrow-mouth bottles or pair it with a hydration bladder for hands-free gravity filtration.

28 mm Standard bottles Compatible with many narrow-mouth trail bottles and soft flasks.
42 mm Hydration bladders Designed to connect with compatible wide-mouth water storage.
2 modes Squeeze or gravity Drink on demand or let the filter work while you set up camp.
DualFlow filtration setup

From source to bottle

A simple routine when water is waiting.

Collect the clearest flowing freshwater available, connect the container that fits your trip, then choose squeeze or gravity filtration.

Three-stage filtration

Three stages working in one compact path.

DualFlow combines a pre-filter mesh, a 0.1 μm PES hollow-fiber membrane and silver-loaded activated carbon to address sediment, bacteria, odor and off-tastes.

DualFlow high-flow filtration demonstration

Faster refills

Up to 2 L/min flow rate.

Spend less time waiting at the water source and more time moving.

Trail maintenance

Backflush without an extra adapter.

The built-in 28 mm backwash interface helps restore flow without adding another small part to your repair kit.

Why it’s trustworthy

Lab-tested performance. Every membrane integrity-checked.

SGS testing measures filtration performance under stated laboratory conditions, while a 100% air-integrity inspection checks every hollow-fiber membrane before assembly.

99.9999% SGS-tested total coliform removal at start-up
100% Hollow-fiber membranes air-integrity inspected

Performance measured. Integrity checked.

A challenged influent of 3.0 × 10⁶ CFU/100 mL was reduced to 1 CFU/100 mL in the SGS-tested sample. Before assembly, every hollow-fiber membrane is also air-tested to screen for leaks and verify filter integrity.

CDC field guidance

Filter first, then disinfect when risk is uncertain.

CDC identifies boiling as the best option. When boiling is not practical, filtering followed by an appropriate disinfectant is the next best choice. DualFlow provides the filtration step.

Designed for

  • Clear, flowing freshwater in the backcountry
  • Squeeze filtration from compatible bottles
  • Gravity filtration from a compatible hydration bladder

Not designed for

  • Seawater or other saltwater
  • Viruses or all chemical contaminants
  • Industrial runoff, wastewater or stagnant water
  • When safety is uncertain, boil or treat the water using an appropriate method

Questions, answered

Before you head out.

Which containers fit DualFlow?

DualFlow supports compatible 28 mm narrow-mouth bottles and 42 mm hydration bladders. Thread tolerances can vary, so test the seal before relying on a new container in the field.

How do I restore the flow rate?

Backflush the filter with clean water through the built-in 28 mm backwash interface. Regular maintenance is especially helpful after filtering silty water.

Does it remove viruses or salt?

No. DualFlow is not a desalinator and is not designed to remove viruses or every dissolved chemical contaminant.

Can I filter any stream water?

Always choose the clearest flowing freshwater available and avoid water affected by industry, wastewater, heavy algae or obvious chemical contamination.
